Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct internal audit, submit report and follow up Corrective Action Plan (CAP) from individual business units,
∎ Monitor regularly & communicate with business unit HR, Admin & CSR Department to update the audit findings as per CAP;
∎ Communicate with third party audit firm regarding planned certification audit before expired date & confirm the audit date for conducting audit;
∎ Pay audit fee on time by communicating with Finance & Accounts Department to arrange audit;
∎ Submit all required verified documents to the auditor with cross check & accompany with auditor at the time of audit & factory visit;
∎ Maintain & update buyers COC, Company policy & Environmental issues to the concerned unit;
∎ Prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) on any compliance issues after buyer social/security/technical/environmental audit and submit to concerned unit and the buyer on time;
∎ Coordinate with concerned unit HR, Admin & CSR Department to fix the audit findings as per CAP;
∎ Update on buyer's website and send all necessary documents to the buyer after audit findings fixation on time;
∎ Maintain & follow up licenses and certificates along with necessary legal documents regularly;
∎ Ensure compliance in all sub-contract factory and update to buyer;
∎ Develop roadmap and plan for necessary development in the sub-contract factories and provide necessary guideline to implement action plan;
∎ Review & verify new project compliance issues such as architectural design & drawing and fire protection & detection design & drawing with Project & Engineering team;
∎ Visit time to time to verify compliance issues in the project;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in compliance with large Garments industry.
∎ Sound knowledge on BLL 2006, Buyer COC, BNBC & NFPA.
∎ Fair knowledge on SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP & C-TPAT, safety audit, HIGG environmental issues, CPI2 & SWAN eco level project and Eco factory project plan A.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
∎ Should be excellent team leader and also very sharp, smart, with a fair personality.
∎ The applicant should have at least 1 year experience in the same position.
