Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Procurement and sourcing of Ceramic raw materials, Chemicals, Additives all kinds of Ceramics, Glass items need.
∎ Led the general procurement, indenting for Ceramic & Glass raw materials and chemical business.
∎ Responsible to managing all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment/correction, shipment, negotiation with sellers, payment realization, release etc.)
∎ Handle total operation of Import & Customs: coordinate with Govt. officials, C&F Agents, Banks & Insurance, Freight Forwarders, and Transport for Import purposes etc.
∎ Follow up on import L/C and ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from customs and save additional costs.
∎ Handle shipping line and transport related concern authorities for smooth and timely delivery of goods and execution of import procedures.
∎ Checking & controlling PI & other invoices, packing lists & other related documents for the import of goods/services
∎ Ensure that all import documents are prepared on time.
∎ Proper recording of LCs and payments.
∎ Ensure all documents comply with L/C terms & conditions.
∎ Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to import activities and inform management as required.
∎ Preparing L/C Closing statement & report to management.
∎ Should have clear knowledge of current rules & regulations of customs, UCPDC- 600, Incoterms, HS Code, and Inco terms.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
