∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Graduation in Tourism and hospitality management (preferred but not limited to).

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ We are searching a Manager, Business Operations for operating an indoor playground. We have 02 branches currently in Dhaka and Rajshahi. In future we have planned to explore our branch nationally.

∎ Where, you will spend your time -
∎ With kids & their guardian in an indoor playground environment by providing smiling and happy service.
∎ Spend working time with Associate of Play Ground (APG) team in a friendly manner.
∎ Manager, Business Operations who will be responsible for the safety and operations of indoor playground.
∎ To ensuring the quality of service to all the Team member`s and always be vigilant in solving all problems of the respective branch.
∎ While maintaining all service orientated activities such as - Fast service & cleaning monitoring as an active team member.
∎ Will be in direct interaction with Team members and supervisor for continuous motivation & inspiration for better services.
∎ Always ready to come to work with a Smile.
∎ Working Hour: 11 AM to 10 PM Daily (Holiday one day, to be decided as discussed with management).
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Badda) & Rajshahi Metro.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manager, Business Operations are continuous follow-up the activities below:
∎ Handle approx. 10 Associate of Play Ground (APG) and their activities.
∎ Handle guest (Kids Guardian) problems and complaints.
∎ Handle approx. 03 Reception or Teller and their activities.
∎ Constantly follow-up the guard and security activities
∎ Maintain 100% cleanliness of the playground followed by housekeeper.
∎ Basic Computer Skills like: email, Newsfeed, Reports etc.
∎ Better communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ KPI evaluation of Associate of Play Ground (APG)
∎ Adjust weekly vacation schedule (by rotation) for each Associate of Play Ground (APG).
∎ Smooth flow of operations during any kinds of event
∎ Daily training provided to APG for the activities of-
∎ Hygienic
∎ Cleanliness
∎ Stock Management
∎ Oversee Food and Beverage operations
∎ Hiring & Training on Kitchen staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must work all Government Holidays.
∎ The applicants should have 3-5 year experience in the following business area(s): Amusement Park, Indoor Playground, Convention center, Restaurant, Hotel.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable (Basic + Fortnightly Audit Incentive).
