∎ Currently AAL is looking for dynamic, smart and efficient personnel with relevant skills and knowledge under Finance & Accounts department in Air Alliance Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly business performance report for Small Package and Supply Chain Solution Units for analysis of actual vs plan vs previous year
∎ Support commercial and operation team by providing various data (as per requirement) for prepare business strategy
∎ Maintain strong MIS for SP and SCS for on time delivery as per management query
∎ Analyze BEP (Break Even Point), do trend analysis & seasonal analysis for ensuring profitability of organization.
∎ Conduct biweekly SLT meeting/Cross functional meeting with various unit and follow up timely.
∎ Establish sound Budget & Budgetary control to optimize cost and follow up accordingly
∎ Ensure IAS/IFRS compliance for UPS and Local book
∎ Prepare customer wise margin and identify loss customers and recommend for necessary action
∎ Prepare Board paper for BOD meeting & EGM/AGM
∎ Prepare business case as per management requirement for decision making of investment (through IRR, MIRR, CARG, NPV analysis)
∎ Prepare monthly Dashboard of SP & SCS units for management
∎ Coordinate and support to different departments in terms of producing better business outcomes
∎ Any other task assigns by CFO
