Betopia Limited is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager – Hosting Business to drive growth in our Domain, SSL, Web Hosting, VPS Hosting, and Business Email service portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building partnerships, managing enterprise and SME accounts, and achieving revenue targets in the hosting and cloud services market.
This role requires strong sales acumen, knowledge of hosting solutions, and the ability to develop long-term customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth & Revenue Generation:
Drive sales of Domain Registration, SSL Certificates, Shared Hosting, VPS Hosting, and Business Email services.
Identify and acquire new SME, corporate, and startup clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for hosting services.
Expand channel partner and reseller networks.
2. Market Development & Strategy:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Identify new revenue streams (reseller hosting, white-label solutions, enterprise hosting).
Develop pricing strategies and bundled offerings.
Create promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing team.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, web agencies, and IT firms.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Upsell and cross-sell additional services (backup, security add-ons, managed hosting).
4. Sales Operations & Reporting:
Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
Prepare sales forecasts and revenue reports.
Coordinate with technical team for solution proposals and service onboarding.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads and renewals.
