Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for conducting audit in all areas of payment & process of the industry in line with the audit policy.
∎ Accountable for the development and coordination of the company's internal auditing activities.
∎ Execute audit programs according to plan and schedule.
∎ Review of accounting procedures.
∎ Supervise, conduct, and report on the testing and adequacy of the company's internal compliance over the financial reporting.
∎ Ensuring the payment and procedures done as per Proper Audit Policy.
∎ Maintain Daily and Monthly Audit Records of a Knit Composite Factory, Yarn Store, Knitting Grey Fabric Store, Cutting, Stitching, Finishing, Warehouse (Finished Goods).
∎ Experience in maintaining Audit Report and Order Closing Report of a specific knit garments order.
∎ Keep Audit Records on a daily and monthly basis of Additional Dept. Such as placement print, accessories store, outsourced works.
∎ Audit inventory and consumption of goods against issue and delivery challans.
∎ Recommend corrective action and suggest improvement.
∎ Conducting monthly, yearly & half-yearly store inventory.
∎ Maintaining code of ethics and code of conduct properly during engagement
∎ Active participation in inquiry committee designed by the management
∎ Active participation in any other assigned internal or external communication on behalf of the company to ensure best interest of the company.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
