• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design, Escalator/Elevator/Lift, HVAC System

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Business Development

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for all construction services.

• Acquire new clients through digital marketing (Social Media, Website, Email Marketing) and direct client communication.

• Conduct market research to analyze competitors and industry trends.

• Plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness programs.

• Analyze marketing performance and prepare detailed reports for management.

2. Project Supervision & Operations

• Monitor and supervise ongoing construction works to ensure quality and timely completion.

• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and suppliers for smooth project execution.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company policies.

3. Technical & Documentation

• Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Make estimation and prepare quotation.

• Prepare project-related documentation and technical reports.

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the engineering team.
