Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Manager/ Asst. manager our sister concern Mum Busket.
∎ Looking for Experienced, Energetic, Smart, Dedicated & Challenging Persons who can take responsibility of full Super Shop newly opening in sylhet City through Sales & Development.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & Implement Business plans & Marketing Strategies as company policy.
∎ Business Development
∎ Developing ideas & strategies for further development of business opportunities.
∎ Explore Strategic, Technical and Commercial scopes, feasibility analysis, forecasting and prepare short term and long-term Business plan.
∎ Take care of accounts, stock, Product display, sales team, sales and billings, sales development related all activates.
∎ Prepare daily work report as well as closing report at the weekend, monthly & yearly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chain shop, Departmental store, Super store, Supply Chain
∎ Should have proper knowledge about the Products of Super Shop, Buying and selling.
∎ Proactive, Can-Do attitude with the fighting spirit to take on established competitors
∎ Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or other top team roles
∎ Understanding of business functions such as Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, HR etc.
∎ Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
∎ Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
∎ Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
∎ Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
∎ Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
∎ Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
∎ Good network in the business community, particularly the "Super Shop" sector will be an advantage.
