∎ A reputed and renowned company is looking for qualified, dynamic, energetic and self-motivated professionals for sales and Marketing of USA Base World leading "CARRIER-TOSHIBA" brand Air Conditioning & Refrigeration equipment`s for below positions;
∎ Job Location: Dhaka & Divisional City

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To create new sales in the various corporate groups, offices in different places.
∎ Creating new customers is the prime responsibility of this post.
∎ Capable to handle top management in order to create new customers
∎ Capacity to assess the customer needs, what he actually wants and start the negotiation process accordingly and finalize the deal.
∎ Achieve monthly/Yearly targets.
∎ Prepare and maintain Customers/ Clients list and contact with clients and find out the new prospects for the company.
∎ Acquire very strong knowledge on the products those marketed by sales partners in assigned region.
∎ Regular product knowledge sharing with the partner sales team & make them efficient & knowledgeable about the products.
∎ Looking after the sales partner's business operation to develop their business in assigned region.
∎ Proper implementation executes & monitors the business development initiatives of the company through sales partner's in assigned region.
∎ Follow-up & Regular visit to the end customers to identify the potential customer needs, build relationship & to generate sales call within the assigned region.
∎ Implementation & follow up the contact management process for sales team.
∎ Track & monitor that compliance

Additional Requirements:
∎ At Least 2 years experience in related field.
