∎ Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA,MTCNA,PMP, ) are a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ St𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with company objectives. Evaluate current systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement. Plan and execute IT projects to support business growth and innovation.
∎ 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members are equipped to meet objectives. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
∎ 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of network infrastructure, servers, and systems. Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
∎ 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Implement software and hardware solutions to meet business requirements. Coordinate with vendors and external partners to procure necessary IT resources.
∎ 𝐔𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭: Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues. Develop and implement IT training programs to enhance user proficiency. Maintain documentation and knowledge base for IT systems and procedures.
∎ 𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources. Evaluate and negotiate contracts with IT vendors and service providers. Track expenses and prepare regular reports for management review
