Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Main Responsibilities of this position is ensuring imported raw materials delivery & distribution, materials accurate storage including materials quality, materials wastage control, materials supervision, store and deliver all materials as per requisition.
∎ Follow & implement the operational strategies and procedure according to the company policy.
∎ Follow up & checking the import indents as per requirement of respective department on the basis of Lead time & after justifying the stock level.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Store system & its SOP and policy making.
∎ To Maintain Store compliance including LIFO, FIFO & BIN Card Method.
∎ Entry to the software/Maintain soft copy as well as hard copy of all the fabric/materials after delivery & distribution according to the requisition.
∎ Need to check and entry to the register following: Materials Purchase Requisition (MPR); Materials Receiving Report (MRR); Materials Issue Slips (MIS); Materials Transfer Challan (MTC); Gate Pass; Transfer Materials Receiving Report (TMRR); Materials Transfer Requisition Form.
∎ Maintain and comply with the respective departmental Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P).
∎ Overseeing & maintaining accurate receive and issue records of all materials, inventory taking, and quality checking as per procedure.
∎ Conduct daily analyses & Check to forecast potential inventory issues.
∎ Effective checking of material's quality & quantity at the time of consignment
∎ MIS (Margin Intraday Square) on stocks, weekly shortage/requirements, Monthly dead, and slow-moving stocks.
∎ Make sure controlling the flow of material and keep costs and other overhead within the limit or actual required.
∎ Monitoring warehouse activities to ensure the goods are stored correctly, safely, retrieval and timely delivery.
∎ Able to coordinate with Merchandising, Commercial, Production, QA, PP and other's related department effectively.
∎ Maintain appropriate documentation process of every phase of material receiving, storage & disbursement.
∎ Follow up the Shipment status in consultation with Concern Dept. & liaison with Commercial Dept. for Shipment in time and liaison with Factory team to maintain optimum stock level.
∎ Maintaining & follow up of Stock Register all Imported Oriented Items.
∎ Effective communicate with Merchandiser/supplier for getting update information of materials status.
∎ Prepared of Monthly Stock Statement by Computer and Report to Director/Head of Development.
∎ To Face the Annual Inventory with The External & Internal Auditor.
∎ Any other Store & inventory related tasks that management requires

∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven and have good personality with leadership skill.
∎ Should have to be dynamic and have ability to accept the challenge
∎ Must have the ability to supervise, monitoring, motivating and inspire team members.
∎ Advanced knowledge in Excel, experienced in using ERP software
∎ Minimum 3-5 years working experience in managerial position in general/mechanical store
∎
