∎ Creative Knowledge about hotel management Sales & Marketing.
∎ Exhibits excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
∎ Demonstrates ability to think creatively and analytically.
∎ Capable of creating and maintaining a large client network.
∎ Communicates clearly and effectively.
∎ Familiar with the workings of the hotel and hospitality industry.
∎ Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft power point.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills
∎ Applicant must have marketing and sales experience in Dhaka.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Carry out day-to-day sales-related activity.
∎ Preparing marketing and sales strategies.
∎ Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Besides, designs, builds, and maintains social media presence.
∎ Plan and implement effective sales drives that ensure monthly sales and revenue targets both-in Sales and Collection.
∎ Sourcing sufficient sales lead generation for conversion into monthly targeted sales.
∎ Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
∎ Contact customers or Hotel purpose to advise them about product promotions or activities.
∎ Keeping up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement
∎ Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to meet customer needs, work closely with other hotel staff to ensure customers are satisfied with the facilities and their time there.
∎ Conducts daily sales calls and arranges site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
∎ Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, trade shows, etc.
∎ Analyzes current client base or target market for the hotel.
∎ Networks special event planners to encourage hotel bookings.
∎ Ensures that guests are enjoying their stay at the hotel and that large group needs are met.
∎ Maintains positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat and recurring business.
