• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase branding and sales revenue.

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets, both weekly and monthly.

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and client relationship building.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and development loyalty.

• Keep a strong & unique liaison with clients to know their needs & response them within a reasonable period of time

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to ensure extraordinary performance.

• Analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and forecasting future sales.

• Demonstrating strong strategic negotiation skills with buyers and closing deals.

• Ensuring proper order processing from receipt to delivery, including documentation and payment collection.

• Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive action.

• Managing marketing budgets effectively.

• Collaborating with other departments, such as production, commercial, and finance, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

• Conducting cost analysis, negotiating prices, and ensuring profitability.

• Ensure better service to clients comparative to the market competitors.
