Responsibilities & Context:
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase branding and sales revenue.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets, both weekly and monthly.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and client relationship building.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and development loyalty.
Keep a strong & unique liaison with clients to know their needs & response them within a reasonable period of time
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to ensure extraordinary performance.
Analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and forecasting future sales.
Demonstrating strong strategic negotiation skills with buyers and closing deals.
Ensuring proper order processing from receipt to delivery, including documentation and payment collection.
Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive action.
Managing marketing budgets effectively.
Collaborating with other departments, such as production, commercial, and finance, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
Conducting cost analysis, negotiating prices, and ensuring profitability.
Ensure better service to clients comparative to the market competitors.
