  • Age 30 to 38 years
  • Applicants must have experience in the following areas: Plywood/Door sector.

  • Ability to handle Allied products such as PLY Wood, Door & Door Frame and its distributor channel.

  • Should have sound knowledge in aforesaid products.

  • Ability to take market challenges and strong capacity to expand market share around the country.

  • Should have capacity to market analysis, SWAT analysis and take decision immediately as and when required.

  • Enough capacity and capabilities to work under pressure.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.

  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

  • Create new distributor of PLY/Door around the country and visit distributor point time to time.

  • Train and coach sales staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.

  • Monitor daily sales activities and provide feedback to ensure that all sales associates are meeting their individual goals.

  • Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a professional manner.

  • Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers, serve as subject matter expert.

  • Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.

  • Maintain customer relationships during and post-purchase (e.g., resolving issues, deliver reminders, resolving concerns etc.).

  • Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives.

  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

  • Develop a network of distributors & dealers of mattress industry and achieve the Sales target assigned to him.

  • Mapping business potential & identifying profitable markets for the company`s products.

  • Market Intelligence and Feedback on Competitors activities.

  • Collaborate with other relevant department in order to ensure maximum level of inventory and flawless distribution.

  • Any other task assigned by the management.
