Must have 8-Any years of practical experience in Land Deed, Parcha, Namjari, Jot Report and Faraize work in any well-established real estate or housing company and working directly with DC Office, AC (Land) Office, Sub-Registry Office, Tahsil Office.
Must understand all land related documents including CS, SA, RS, City Survey, Deed, Bayadalil, Warish Sanad, Power of Attorney, Dag, Khatian, etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
Managing the Sales and Marketing of properties.
Managing the purchase and development of properties.
Monitoring real estate income and expenditure, as well as collecting payments. Identification of suitable lands to be purchased the implementation of the project.
Communicating with the Land owners.
Documents verification during new land purchase.
Authorizing maintenance, repair, equipment, and supply expenditure. Negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
Overseeing maintenance workers, cleaning crews, contractors, and groundskeepers. Resolving complaints from residents.
Preparing financial statements and records. Reporting to Real state owners and investors on a Reular basis.
Reporting to real estate owners and investors on a regular basis.
