Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation.
∎ Established production schedule to ensure the highest level of efficiency.
∎ Monitor operational expenses and explore ways to reduce cost while maintaining product quality.
∎ Maintain inventory levels and control flow of products from our vendors and suppliers.
∎ Remove production constraints, allocate human and equipment resources and direct production employees to attain all established goals.
∎ Remove waste and constraints from the production process to improve efficiencies and enhance productivity.
∎ Ensure that all compliance are maintained.
∎ Supervise employees properly in every step of manufacturing to ensure quality and productivity.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
∎ Check Bill, Voucher, Various report like Stock, Sales, Expenses, Production, Purchase, Salary sheet, material consumption etc.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
