Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ CA CC from any renowned farms
∎ Expected First level completed.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts with report and remarks, preparation of monthly, quarterly financial plans and to follow up for implementation to meet the commitments/obligations in time.
∎ Preparation of Income Statement, Balance Sheet and other financial reports as & when necessary.
∎ To check Daily Fund Position and to submit it to Head of Accounts.
∎ Preparation of Budget and variance analysis.
∎ Managing Treasury.
∎ To supervise cash counting and to take corrective action on finding any discrepancy.
∎ Checking transactions in tally.
∎ Ensure timely verification of monthly Bank reconciliation statement by 1st week of following month.
∎ To ensure proper dealing with banks for smooth functioning of credit facilities/renewal etc.
∎ To supervise VAT & Tax related issues.
∎ To generate various Management reports for smooth operation of the Department.
∎ Updating balance in different ledgers from time to time and reconcile if necessary.
∎ Supervising WIP Valuation and Closing Stock.
∎ Monitoring Petty Cash Transaction & Cash Book of Head Office & Factory Office.
∎ Monitoring & Settling Inter Company Transactions.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the management.
