Job Context:
∎ Factory-
∎ 100% export oriented Woven garments factory(RICH COTTON APPARELS LIMITED) is looking for a dynamic, energetic and analytic candidate for the post of Manager-Accounts. The applicant must be experience in reputed Garmetns Factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage all accounting activities in compliance with accounting standards and as per company policies.
∎ To ensure posting expense voucher in ERP system.
∎ To be responsible for handling & monitoring Factory Accounts Department.
∎ To prepare & control the Factory monthly expense budget and related activities.
∎ Maintain day to day cash flow operation of Factory.
∎ To manage Income Tax, and VAT with the concerned authority.
∎ To maintain asset register of Factory.
∎ To Co-ordinate and prepare annual budgets, including operating, and capital expenditure budgets monthly financial and management reports, and perform variance analysis.
∎ To check, verify and take necessary action for ensuring monthly salary-wages, Festival Bonus, Final Settlement Bill, Earned Leave Encashment Bill, Maternity Bill and other employee compensation & benefits related bill.
∎ To prepare the supplementary, maternity and compensation bill.
∎ To be responsible for all types of Bank Transaction.
∎ To maintain the different VAT books, Register & record keeping of VAT related documentation.
∎ To take necessary action for ensuring employee banking for salary/wages account opening and execute the employee banking facilities.
∎ To control Local Expenses, Monthly Overtime, Conveyance and Others expense bill of Factory.
∎ To keep record of Every Bill/Voucher for a certain period.
∎ To coordinate all kinds of accounts related activities with management & Finance, Head Office.
∎ Other responsibilities as and when needed by the management.
