Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting/ Finance
∎ CA (CC) from reputed CA Firm and partly qualified.
∎ Minimum First division or CGPA above 3.0 at minimum two stages of academic career is required

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cost & Management Accounting, Finance/ Accounts, Financial Analysis
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be maintain overall Accounting system of the Company.
∎ Ensure/contribute in preparing strategic planning, requisitions, budgeting and forecasting.
∎ Ensure smooth cash disbursement/Prepare payments by verifying documentation.
∎ Monitoring Cash, bank-books and all banking transaction.
∎ Designing, implementing and controlling of all types of Finance, accounts and costing system.
∎ Preparing long term & short term fund projection.
∎ Ensure accounts reconciliation with different branches.
∎ Preparing Monthly Budget, monthly Accounts, Cash flow statement and projection.
∎ Reconciliation of transactions with Sister Concern and prepare report thereon;
∎ Sound knowledge on accounting software/ERP.
∎ To develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities and identifying monitoring resources.
∎ Develop internal Accounting, Auditing & Reporting standards of the company and ensure maintenance.
∎ Address all tax and VAT related issues of the companies in time to time.
∎ Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
∎ Prepare monthly statements for management reporting.
∎ Prepares charts and diagrams showing prior, current and projected revenues and expenditures to provide a basis for comparison and evaluation.
∎ Well Conversant with VAT, TAX and Customs Duty as per the NBR Regulations
