Experience:
MBA /Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance and CA (Inter)/ CMA (Inter) is must.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Oracle/SAP).
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
In-depth understanding of accounting standards, tax laws, and reporting requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate, classification and recording of financial transactions, monthly and periodic reports as per DBL group and EU design deadline
Prepare business analysis reports, budgets, forecasts, variance reports and financial statements for management review.
Prepare PPT of key areas financial statements, cash flow statements, and management reports & others for board meeting.
Treasury and banking functions as per group requirements.
Coordinate with BPM and Commercial teams regarding ERP implementation, LC requisitions, sales realization, imports, and related financial matters.
Supervise and maintain all accounting functions including GL, AP, AR, cash management, fixed assets, and inventory.
Manage accounting period openings and closings in ERP to ensure timely financial operations.
Conduct various financial analyses including cost, inventory, landed cost, intercompany, and variance analysis.
Support internal and external audits, statutory compliance, and preparation of documents for NBR and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal audit to identify and improve financial processes.
New expansion project investment feasibility and funding.
Set team goals, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure continuous staff development.
