Accounting Software, Accounts and Finance, Cost & Management Accounting
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and coach the Accounts & Finance team of Eastern IT
∎ To assist Senior Management, responsible for reporting and cost control
∎ Budget Forecasting & implementation, Planning of structure costs.
∎ Check daily expenditures, vouchers, requisition and daily account transactions
∎ Supervise to maintain all account books/registers/ledgers etc
∎ Handle accounting software independently, especially proper knowledge on ERP software
∎ Reconcile the Bank Accounts daily basis
∎ Manage financial management activities in support of maintaining strong financial governance
∎ Professional experience on financial management, corporate tax, monitoring funds, forecasting and analysis.
∎ Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met including Income Tax, VAT etc.
∎ Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure that personnel and financial information is secured and stored in compliance with current legislation
∎ Preparation of Monthly Accounts Statement
∎ Monitoring monthly accounts and ensure necessary reconciliation before finalize the account
∎ Preparing monthly & yearly financial analytical accounts
∎ Preparation of all kind of accounting reports, presentations as per management requirement
∎ Knowledge of import policy, customs, excise & VAT.

∎ Age at least 32 years

∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good planning and organizational skills.
∎ The ability to work under pressure.
∎ Proven track record of managing large amount of financial turnover.
