∎ 12 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Diagnostic Centre, Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have expertise and experienced in Hospital or Diagnostics center Finance & Accounts work.
∎ Everyday check and verify the daily expenditure vouchers and invoices, fund requisition and finance related documents.
∎ Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization's needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts.
∎ Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed.
∎ Process vendor payments and check requests.
∎ Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts as assigned.
∎ Perform basic office management duties as requested.
∎ Maintain file and documents related to accounts department.
∎ All payment voucher preparation, posting to software & Manual Register and take approval from management.
∎ Ensure an accurate monthly, quarterly & year-end financial statement.
∎ Preparation of reconciliation statements cash and Bank.
∎ Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
∎ Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
∎ Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
