Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting finance, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Finance/ Accounts, Logistics
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain & Supervision all kind of vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & different registers related to finance & accounts.
∎ Supervision bank related transactions.
∎ Checking of suppliers and vendors bill and arrange payment systematically.
∎ Ensure transactions are properly recorded in a timely manner.
∎ Manage daily, monthly, quarterly and year-end accounting routines.
∎ Ensure prompt and accurate reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
∎ Direct and control accounts staff ensuring they are appropriately motivated to carry out their responsibilities up to the required standard.
∎ Keep the track record of all hubs Bank deposited amount and reconcile the deposited amount against particular hub's sales report.
∎ Solving merchant queries regarding billing issues.
∎ Follow-up the receivable collections of corporate clients.
∎ Bank reconciliation (Tally Bank book with month end Bank statements), reconciliation of other ledger accounts in Tally.
∎ TDS & VDS Challan preparation monthly, Deposit to Bank (including filling & documentation).
∎ Monthly VAT returns preparation & filed to VAT office.
∎ Perform any other task given by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to maintain company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, Profit and Loss account, Tax and VAT management etc.
Salary: Negotiable
