Job Context:
∎ Job Location- Mymensingh (Trishal)
∎ The position`s primary duty is to oversee and manage all aspects of inventory within the manufacturing facility. This includes monitoring stock levels, tracking inventory movements, conducting regular audits, and ensuring accurate inventory records.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Forecast inventory needs based on budgets, production schedules, sales forecasts, and historical data. Collaborates with Plant Heads, Production, Procurement, and Other related teams to develop inventory plans and strategies to meet Plant inventory needs while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
∎ Works closely with the procurement team to ensure timely procurement of raw materials, spares, consumables, and supplies to support production and other needs. Also, validate the reasonableness of day-to-day indents generated from the manufacturing facility and coordinates with functional teams for improvements.
∎ Report cost center-wise monthly plant manufacturing expenses with variance against budget. Perform analytical procedures connecting cost center-wise manufacturing cost with related cost drivers which will result in cost savings and establish logical reasoning for all expenses.
∎ Report monthly Plant production performance against Installed Capacity, Normal Capacity, and Budgeted Production along with analyzing actual process loss with standard process loss for every sub-process.
∎ Analyze monthly category-wise plant downtime and identify root causes of each category of downtime impacting production.
∎ Ensure the best use of plant operation resources and eliminate wastage of Raw Materials, Process WIP, and Finished Goods. And involve the plant management team to identify the cause of each category of wastage.
∎ Reconcile monthly all categories of inventory including confirmation of the actual existence of closing stock of inventory. The monthly Inventory report must include an aging analysis of every kind of inventory.
∎ Maintain a control statement of all projects undergoing at the plant. Collaborate with the project team to develop project budget along with project schedule and related progress. S/He will support finance team whether to capitalize on project cost or charged it as an expense.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Proven experience in inventory management and cost control within a manufacturing environment
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
∎ Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
∎ Knowledge of cost accounting principles is an advantage
