Job Context:

∎ At present, the Company invites application for the following position from deserving candidates.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure submission of monthly and yearly financial statements, preparation of quarterly and annual statutory Financial Statements.
∎ Ensure preparation of all necessary vouchers and update GL entry regularly as well as filing both in manual and system. Preparation of Cash flow statement with supporting as per the requirement of the Auditor on quarterly basis.
∎ Solve the pending issues detected from Bank reconciliation. Ensure preparation of Branch profitability statement.
∎ Coordinate with external and internal auditors at the audit time.
∎ Manage all Tax & VAT matters. Update the registers, numbers, challans, etc. Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations on VAT/TDS/VDS and coordinate relevant audits. Ensure proper implementation of VAT online software.
∎ Confirm timely completion of all schedules, system vs GL reconciliation, data accuracy, and effective reporting.
∎ Perform any other job as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Must have at least 7 years of working experience in a similar position under the accounts/finance department with any renowned organization preferably in Banks/Financial Institutions.
∎ Candidates must have comprehensive knowledge of modern Accounting methods & systems, financial policies, Company Law, Tax / VAT, Insurance etc.
∎ Candidates should have excellent analytical ability, good interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Candidates should also have excellent command over English Language & computer applications and must be able to communicate with financial & Govt. Institutions effectively and efficiently.
