Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts and Audit department including:

• Providing leadership, direction and advice to top management regarding Audit and accounting requirements of concerned Business Unit of the company.

• Monthly, quarterly, half - yearly and yearly report with proper process

• Accounts Payable/Receivable

• General Ledger

• Overseeing daily business operations.

• Developing and implementing growth strategies.

• Creating and managing budgets.

• Policy applies to grow revenue.

• Evaluating performance and productivity of the relevant departments.

• Analyzing accounting data.

• Researching and identifying growth opportunities.

• Generating reports and giving presentations to managing director.

• Treasury, Budgeting

• Cash Forecasting

• Revenue and Expenditure Variance analysis

• Capital Assets Reconciliations

• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce Audit reports.

• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles

• Coordinate and complete annual audits and Provide recommendations

• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
