Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CACC (At least Certificate Level Completed), CMA (1200 marks completed).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
10 year(s) with a renowned 100 Export Oriented Garments Industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check and review all vouchers and transactions.
∎ Monitor general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payables and other records.
∎ Monitor and manage the month-end closing processes.
∎ Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
∎ Properly booking Inter-company transactions
∎ To ensure all payments are made complying with Tax and VAT ordinance, internal policy of the company, and booked in a timely manner.
∎ To prepare and maintain fixed assets register.
∎ To ensure compliance with all tax & vat deduction of the company
∎ Preparation of monthly/yearly financial statement (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, owner's equity statement, etc.) based on the applicable Business Activity Statement (BAS) and Bangladesh Financial Reporting Standard (BFRSs).
∎ Timely reconciles cash application and disbursement.
∎ Establish and continuously improve accounting system, Check all general ledger and other relevant documents, Produce Management report to top management as per management required.
∎ Prepare and ensure Monthly Bank reconciliation Statements.
∎ Work with inter company to ensure correct and timely closing and report at monthly and yearly basis.
∎ Monitoring the day to day activities of the Tax and VAT function & ensure the deduction of TDS and VDS properly.
∎ Cooperate with both External and Internal Audit team.
∎ Cooperate with Group Tax department for Tax and VAT related matters.
∎ Review the revenue recognition policy.
∎ Maintain Payable and Receivable Balance for monthly reconciliation.
∎ Monitor overdue Receivables for collection and overdue Payable for disbursement as well as regular receivables and payable.
∎ Balance updating as per management requirements.
∎ Monitor banking activities of the organization.
∎ Monitor the implementation of Budgetary Control System.
∎ Maintain SOP on Supply Chain and Inventory Control.
∎ Bill checking and bills certify in Tally.
∎ Analyzing all kinds of vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger etc.
∎ Any other Financial Report as and when required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
∎ Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
∎ Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
∎ High attention to detail and accuracy
∎ Ability to direct and supervise
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
∎ Must be team oriented and a problem solver.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
