Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly profit & loss accounts.
∎ Verify the payment with bills and analyze the nature of the expense
∎ Maintains all office files and record and keeps update for project office
∎ Ensure timely data entry in the automated accounting software system.
∎ Maintain petty cash, cash book register, bank book register and prepare and give posting of all vouchers (Debit voucher, Credit voucher, Journal voucher etc.) in the accounting software system.
∎ Record all the expenditure in the ledger that complies with the budget line item and report monthly.
∎ Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement
∎ To ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports as and when required.
∎ Perform various cost analysis as and when required by the Management.
∎ Handle accounting software independently.
∎ Responsible for preparing budget, costing and financial management of the Company.
∎ Ensure all necessary Tax & Vat deduction from various sources & deposit with the appropriate govt. authority within the time limit including Submission of VAT and annual tax returns, reports and documentation.
∎ Check the approved budget for all kinds of procurement and review where necessary.
∎ Review and monitor all advances and adjusted on timely.
∎ Oversee the day-to-day banking procedures and make liaison with bank personnel for the smooth banking functions.
∎ Secure the proper filing and storage of all financial records
∎ Assist and provide information to internal and external auditor.
∎ Checking & Verification of bills, vouchers and others supporting documents.
∎ Performing any other tasks assigned by the management in emergency should be performed and report to authority.
∎ Managing and mentoring a team of Account Executives
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Similar experience in any reputed organization. CA CC complete candidates will get preference.
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer Application (MS office, Accounting software, SAP-ERP)
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
∎ Team player and able to coordinate with other departments.
