Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage daily accounting tasks, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
∎ Supervise the preparation of invoices, payment schedules, and financial transactions.
∎ Support the sales team with financial data, credit control, and customer account updates.
∎ Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT and income tax returns.
∎ Plan and coordinate internal and external audits.
∎ Monitor inventory costs and prepare periodic costing reports.
∎ Assist in pricing strategies based on production cost and market trends.
∎ Carry out any related task as assigned by the Management from time to time.
