Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation / Masters in any Discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct research on new accessories development
∎ Conduct market analysis of existing accessories
∎ Development with production and check quality of newly developed product
∎ Get the sample from production and follow up approval of sample from the buyer
∎ Communicate with buyer to meet their requirement in new product
∎ Maintain required database and prepare necessary reports like the sample with a rate
∎ Present daily and weekly development history to share with management
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Must have good communication & presentation skills.
∎ Self-driven & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Energetic, confident, and proactive.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Efficient in MS excel and other Office Applications.
