Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive Booking from department Head, take corrective action plan for uncertainties & ensure on time delivery.
∎ Ensure immediate projection and planning of machine capabilities and propose for sub-contract if needed
∎ Monitor & verify the short deliveries and destination in advance
∎ Ensure daily production target as per planning
∎ Maintain budget database to ensure the information for budget document
∎ Ensure effective communication with merchandising & production department
∎ Follow-up the priorities of production order for smooth production process
∎ Update daily production report as per work order
∎ Work with yarn in-house, knitting, batch planning, dyeing, finishing & quality and meet fabric delivery timely & smoothly
∎ Ensure work order wise garments PCD plan
∎ Follow-up the quality inspection work for better quality
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 26 years
∎ The applicant should have MS Excel expertise;
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills;
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities;
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives;
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work;
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
