Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Chemical Engineering from any reputed University.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Execute Chemical Management system;
∎ Assist to implement company safety rules, regulations and standard operating procedures for CMS and OHSAS;
∎ Assist to identify workplace Hazard ,Conduct Risk Assessment and Job Safety analysis of all areas, functions & services;
∎ Assist to train-up Employees on CMS and Health safety, Safe chemical handling, storage and NPO controls;
∎ Assist local SDS, GHS label and secondary containment ;
∎ Effective waste segregation, management and Environment Health & Safety Requirement (Chemical);
∎ Assist to Report storing, Data analyzing, root cause analyzing, follow up. monitoring & regular training on safe chemical management;
∎ Ensure safety of all chemical process and products in the company and keep the premises free from all chemical toxicities;
∎ Co-ordinate chemical suppliers through supply chain to ensure Chemical Restriction List & Implementation Toolkit;
∎ Follow and maintain the RSL & MRSL and ensure original SDS, TDS, Guaranty letter and other certificates from suppliers;
∎ Assist to maintain and update Chemical Inventory sheets;
∎ Assist external health checkup for all Chemical handling personnel along with chemical spillage;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 27 years
∎ Candidate should be energetic, confident and proactive attitude;
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Relevant work experience & fair idea about garments/Textile Operation;
