Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from any discipline.
∎ Good academic result from reputed University.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
∎ Involves in the Corporate and Plant HR operational issues.
∎ Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
∎ Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring process.
∎ Visit to the project on a regular basis to monitor and follow up daily work.
∎ Assist in Training and Development activities.
∎ Assist in performance management processes.
∎ Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
∎ Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
∎ Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
∎ Any other duties assigned by superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fresher form reputed universities with good academic background are encouraged to apply.
∎ Good team player, well-organized and should have mentality to learn and grow.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively and correspond with the concerned department.
∎ Good Knowledge in Computer, MS-Office.
