Educational Requirements:
∎ Fresh commerce graduates or post graduates (BBS/MBS) major in Accounting/ Management/ Marketing/ Economics from any reputed public university/college having CGPA 5.00 in any discipline but CGPA less than 3.50 in any discipline is not acceptable.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is designed for the beginner's who are waiting for engage themselves for employment. They will be posted in the department of Company Affairs, Internal Audit & Assurance, Income Tax & VAT and HR & Administration. The job responsibilities of the above position are as follows:
∎ To learn, observe and perform as per job assignment and as well as in line with hierarchy.
∎ To participate and contribute in different training and development throughout the probation period.
∎ To make report based on observations, assigned duties and learning's from business attachments and present it reasonably to the higher authority and related concerned person; and
∎ To maintain liaison with line manager/supervisor and others related person, and try to make it better through effective communication.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
∎ Should have good communication skill both English & Bengali with good analytical capacity;
∎ Should be well conversant with MS Office and MS Excel with good digital communication skills;
∎ Flexibility and adaptability to travel & stay anywhere in Bangladesh;
∎ Must be punctual, well-groomed and have good manners;
∎ Must be innovative, easygoing, hardworking and compliant with business ethics;
∎ Must be able to prioritize tasks to finish the assigned projects within the given timeline;
∎ Smokers are discouraged to apply;

Salary:
∎ Negotiable but competitive package will be offered with two festival bonuses as per HR policy.
