Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with major in Finance from reputed public/private university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyse quantitative & qualitative market & financial data.
∎ Construct a full financial model to assess the viability of projects including but not limited to (Revenue & direct & indirect cost projection etc.)
∎ Produce a full package of projected financial statements (income statement, Cash flow statement & Balance sheet)
∎ Understand the project's economic indicators i. e. NVP, IRR, PI, PBP.
∎ Produce a full feasibility study report including (market, technical & financial study). Have knowledge to do demand analysis, supply analysis and necessary market research.
∎ Create models, data sets and forecasts to conduct the cost benefit analysis (preferable) of regional infrastructure projects.
∎ Design methodology for project evaluation and rating.
∎ Preparation of capital expenditure budgets supported by the financial and economic benefit.
∎ Maintain relation with FI and NBFI.
∎ Monthly preparation and update the liability position.
∎ Assist in the fund planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent analytical ability, interpersonal and leadership skills, are required for the position.
∎ Teamwork, problem-solving, learning agility and strategic mindset is expected for the position.
∎ The incumbent has to be very proactive and dynamic in nature and possess go-getter attitude.
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills are required.
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office & Outlook.
