Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma (Vocational) in ITI Machinist

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance of GT and ST lube oil system.
∎ Maintenance of fuel handling systems such as Naphtha, Natural Gas & HSD.
∎ Maintenance of reciprocating compressors.
∎ Carry out various Turning & Threading operations on Lathe machine
∎ Carry out slot cutting operations on Shaper & slotting machines
∎ Fixing of Jigs & Fixtures on Drilling machine bed & Carry out Drilling on pillar drilling machine
∎ Operation of Milling machine, Bench grinder and Power hack saw
∎ Prevent machines breakdowns by routinely monitoring the machines and escalate the deficiencies to Engineer In-charge.
∎ Carry out timely oiling & greasing of Machines and cleaning on regular basis
∎ Ensure implementation of safe work practices in the workshop.
∎ Monitor the execution of safety procedures. Follow up on noncompliance.
∎ Identification of hazards in workshop, in the workplace and in the working environment.
∎ Comply with plant EHS Policy and procedures.
∎ To be responsible for safety of himself, others and workshop equipment's.
∎ Report and mitigate unsafe acts/conditions, near misses and accidents

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Demonstrable ability to use Vernier calliper, Inside & Outside micrometres, Depth gauge, etc
∎ Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight.
∎ Ability to work in a team with multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary staff.
∎ Seek, organize and exchange information for decision-making and problem solving.
∎ Ability to work autonomously, prioritizing tasks and activities as per plant requirements

Salary: Negotiable
