Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have diploma in Mechanical /Electrical /Power and others relevant discipline with minimum CGPA 2.50 or equivalent in all academic examinations
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, adjustment and perform preventive maintenance on assigned all packaging machines like pre-pack, conflux, nichrome with established procedures and guidelines
∎ Co-ordinate to other departments for maintenance work of all running machines such as mechanical, electrical, gas generator, boiler, refrigeration and cooling and others if any
∎ Prepare batch according to recipe, CIP of packaging machines, pipelines, balance tank as per SOP
∎ Operate and monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops
∎ Maintain proper communication with process in-charge and follow up production plan effectively
∎ Ensure all quality assurance cheeks are performed at designed intervals
∎ Set up machine (Calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
∎ Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed) and inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
∎ Minimize machine break-down time reduction and ensure quality production and overall productivity enhancement
∎ Ensure packaging floor hygiene, sanitation, housekeeping as per GMP guideline
∎ Maintain proper documentation of assigned work compliance with ISO guide line
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
∎ Job location: Aarong dairy (Factory), Gazipur
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Experience in FMCG / Dairy sector will get preference
∎ Age, education and experience may be relaxed in case of potential candidates
∎ Must have knowledge on electrical / mechanical equipment, thermodynamics of heat exchanger, dairy processing machines, refrigeration and machine tools, aseptic processing and filling system, ISO, GMP, GHP
∎ Must have a full understanding of product flow from the milk silos to packaging department
∎ Must know how to operate automated process control
∎ Must have willingness to do shift wise duty including night shift
∎ Must be able to contribute effectively as part of a team, flexibility and multi-tasking
∎ Must be able to solve primary troubleshooting of machineries
∎ Must have to work under pressure
