Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Masters
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling with import & export consignments for also its clearing & forwarding.
∎ Make liaison with the FF & C&F people.
∎ Required good knowledge in Export-Import, HS Code & SRO.
∎ To manage daily activities timely.
∎ To deal with related documents .
∎ To dealing with HS code and custom filing.
∎ To prepare data sheet online.
∎ To coordinate with CTG port & all Bangladesh for release of shipments.
∎ To coordinate with client for their transport & internal operational support.
∎ To handling the total operational work of the Company warehouse.
∎ Prepare regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
∎ Must have knowledge on Customs, L/C, Banking, etc.
∎ Responsible for all Customs clearance of imported materials operation with LC process independently.
∎ Sound knowledge has to gather on Import & Export.
∎ Monitoring with shipping line, Forwarder and C&F.
∎ Maintain liaison with import relevant field such as Government officer, customs etc.
∎ Having Experience to work in computer application like Microsoft Word ,Microsoft Excel,Internet ,E-mail Browsing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Capable to prepare all customs related letter.
∎ Capable to type both in English & Bengali.
∎ Capable to browsing internet, Email, Foreign corresponding emails.
Salary: Negotiable
