∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Accounting, management information system
∎ Skills Required: Erp software, Microsoft word and excel
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
logistic management, or Warehouse management experience, sales and Distribution, Sales Depot Operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage overall depot functions of National AgriCare Ltd. to achieve company's short-term & long-term goal
∎ Collect order from customers by Territory Sales Officer TSO and sometime Regional manager
∎ Ensure smooth delivery of products to its customers, Warehouse and Distribution officer as well as CSD from Factory as per company policy in simple, faster & cost effective way.
∎ Drive overall depot functions e.g. distribution, logistics, transportation, collection and store management as well as security of depot
∎ Able to use computer to monitor stock levels, order and re-order of goods when necessary, and track the movement of goods/vehicle.
∎ Ensure that inventory flow is maintained strictly following Batch Tracking and Fist in First out (FIFO) basis to ensure batch traceability.
∎ Submit a uniform report direct to the Head Office Accounts Department with A/R report against Sales value and sales return.
∎ Any other task given by the management.
