Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare drafts of various logistics plans and budget requirements for planned or new activities and taskings.
∎ Manage logistics operations including management of logistics assets, material, contracts and personnel.
∎ Maintain an inventory of all project equipment and resources.
∎ Ensure timely, accountable and cost-effective delivery of equipment and personnel including visa arrangements.
∎ Coordinate and provides logistics support to ongoing operations in the field.
∎ Ensure that logistics requirements take account of gender-specific needs.
∎ Identify requirements and shortfalls within the project office and staff and submit logistics plans to resolve such deficiencies.
∎ Keep required records of logistic activities and level of essential supplies.
∎ Coordinate logistics activities with procurement, finance, human resources, and other sections.
∎ Follow up on legal and financial aspects of the logistic support.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Detailed understanding of Bangladesh customs and import regulations.
∎ Excellent standard of English- verbal, reading and writing
∎ Qualified driver.
∎ Qualified and experienced in Microsoft Office applications.
∎ Demonstrable experience and competence in logistics management role.

Salary: Negotiable
