Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree required, in international development, management, social science, human rights, education, economic development, law, public policy or other related field of study. Certification, training, or experience in TIP, protection, gender issues, labor migration, organizational development, psychosocial well-being, or policy analysis would be an asset.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Anticipated length of assignment: full-time for up to six months, subject to possible extension for up to an additional three months.
∎ Anticipated starting date: ASAP
∎ Post of assignment: Dhaka, home-based with travel within the country
∎ Reporting to: USAID Asia CTIP M&E Manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years' work experience in a similar field with INGO (or can be have 3 years' experience plus a Masters in an applicable subject area)
∎ Experience in strategic planning and implementation of strategic plans
∎ Experience acting in a coordination role is a plus
∎ Experience working with distance managers or teleworking is a plus
∎ Experience with data collection and conducting research is a plus
∎ Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by the ability to lead and gain the assistance and cooperation of others in a team endeavor.
∎ Ability to build trust through operating with transparency and creating an open, positive and enabling environment.
∎ Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
∎ Ability to rapidly build and maintain relationships across organizations and hierarchies.
∎ Ability to maintain the highest ethical standards at all times.
∎ Knowledge and understanding of social, economic, and political context governing TIP issues and analysis in Bangladesh.
∎ Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, creative problem solving, conflict, and ethical management skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and remotely with limited supervision.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
∎ Excellent English report writing skills.
∎ Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Microsoft).
∎ Fluent English and Bengali language skills required.
