∎ There is a vacancy for the following position for the Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries unit in livestock sector funded by the PKSF.
∎ Job Summary: Responsible for achievement of assigned tasks & objectives defined for the program through organizational values, principles, cultures, policies in efficient, effective & quality manner. She/he is primarily responsible for quality implementation of sustainable agricultural programs. Responsible for providing supportive supervision to stakeholders and networking with GO/NGOs service providers.
∎ Job Location: Badalgachhi Upazila in Naogaon District
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Goat rearing on Macha by Semi intensive method.
∎ Cow Rearing by ensuring good management practice.
∎ Cow Fattening.
∎ Turkey rearing by Semi-Slated System
∎ Native Chicken Rearing by ensuring Special Housing.
∎ Commercially Fodder Production.
∎ Khaki Campbell duck rearing for meat production.
∎ Natural Hatchery of Goose.
∎ Broiler rearing through proper bio-security.
∎ Layer Hen rearing through proper bio security.
∎ Update the database of beneficiary and other activities of relevant program.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 01-03 year of working experience.
∎ Have knowledge on agriculture related Technical support.
∎ Have knowledge on new innovative technology
∎ Field level experience on different activities such as workshop, seminar and have a good command on mitigation different Technical issue.
∎ Able to show performance of working with National / International NGO and experience of working in the remote area preference.
∎ Excellent communications skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Good knowledge in computer application software.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent networking, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills GO/NGO.
∎ Strong Analytical and Report-writing skills is must.
∎ Ability to work effectivelybackgrounds
∎ Willingness to travel, and work in remote areas.
∎ Ability to drive licensed motorcycle with valid driving license.
∎ Maintain the organizational and program related confidentiality.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
