∎ Location: Shyamoli, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing the program and formulating the plan for implementation of project activities.
∎ Implementing proposed activities and budgeting of the project in the field.
∎ Liaison and coordination with stakeholders, camp management, donor, and relevant government agencies.
∎ Provide strong servant leadership, encourage, support, coach and mentor the project team, ensuring capacity is built and appropriate results are attained.
∎ Maintain and report on the monitoring, evaluation and learning of the project, to ensure detailed and strategic reports
∎ Strengthen existing Partnership and create new partnership with INGO, NGO, GOB,
∎ Local and Foreign Donor organizations.
∎ Adequate knowledge on planning, implementation, supervision and monitoring etc.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Oral and written communication skill in English and Bengali
∎ Ability to manage and work under pressure
∎ Practical experiences on Planning, Implementation, Monitoring
∎ Supervision, Coordination, Reporting & Dissemination to run projects
∎ Ability to prepare reports on different projects and events

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 Years' experience in Programme Management in TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training), Module preparation, Training, IGA, GBV, Livelihood, Seasonal programme management etc.
