∎ Must have sound knowledge of BNMC curriculum and teaching methodology.
∎ Prior experience in preparing lesson plans, Course Outline, conducting assessments, and supervising student clinical practice is desirable.

∎ Deliver B.Sc. nursing lectures as per BNMC curriculum.
∎ Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and instructional content.
∎ Supervise and guide students during clinical rotations in affiliated hospitals.
∎ Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, ensuring adherence to professional standards.
∎ Maintain academic records, including attendance, evaluations, and course files.
∎ Provide academic support, feedback, and career guidance to students.
∎ Participate in curriculum development, quality improvement, and institutional planning.
∎ Support administrative tasks including admissions, orientation, and audits.
∎ Attend faculty meetings, workshops, seminars, and conferences.
∎ Organize student-centered activities such as health camps, awareness programs, and cultural events.
∎ Collaborate with faculty, coordinators, hospital management, and student guardians.
∎ Uphold institutional policies, professional ethics, and confidentiality.

Now we are looking for the position of Lecturer/Instructor for all nursing college under Saic Group.
