Skills Required: Additional Requirements: Age must be between 25 to 45 years.
Minimum 8 years of teaching experience is required for Associate Professor, and minimum 2 years of relevant experience is required for Lecturer.
Strong theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in nursing education and clinical practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, faculty, and clinical staff.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities & Context: - Deliver high-quality instruction to undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students.
- Evaluate and document students’ academic and clinical performance based on established course objectives.
- Assess and grade students' classwork, laboratory exercises, clinical performance, assignments, and examinations.
- Develop, review, and revise curriculum, course content, instructional materials, and teaching methodologies as required.
- Participate actively in student recruitment, registration, orientation, and placement activities.
- Attend and contribute to faculty meetings, departmental committees, and professional conferences.
- Assist in formulating and implementing college policies, procedures, and academic guidelines.
- Serve on academic or administrative committees addressing institutional policies, departmental matters, and academic initiatives.
- Supervise nursing students during clinical training in various hospital and community settings; facilitate learning, observe clinical practices, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain effective communication with students, clinical staff, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and quality training delivery.
- Teach clinical procedures and nursing care protocols, including proper documentation practices; coordinate clinical schedules with partner institutions.
- Foster a supportive and professional learning environment through respectful interaction with students, their families, and all institutional stakeholders.
- Provide academic advising to students, guiding them in career planning and professional development.
- Act as a mentor and role model, upholding ethical standards and promoting professional behavior in nursing practice.
- Support students in developing confidence, skills, and values necessary for successful nursing careers.
