Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions.

Prepare and deliver lectures to Basic B. Sc. in Nursing, Diploma In Nursing Science & Midwifery, And Diploma in Midwifery students.

Prepare course materials such as syllabus, homework assignments, and handouts.

Supervise students' laboratory and clinical work.

Evaluate and grade students' class work, laboratory and clinic work, assignments, viva, and papers.

Compile, administer, and grade examinations, or assign this work to others.

Maintain regularly scheduled office hours in order to advise and assist students.

Conduct research in a particular field of knowledge, and publish findings in professional journals, books, and/or electronic media.

Participate in student admission, registration, and placement activities.

Serve on academic or administrative committees that deal with institutional policies, departmental matters, and academic issues.

Maintain liaison with BNMC & CMU Authority within time and formalities.
