Responsibilities & Context:
- Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions.
- Prepare and deliver lectures to Basic B. Sc. in Nursing, Diploma In Nursing Science & Midwifery, And Diploma in Midwifery students.
- Prepare course materials such as syllabus, homework assignments, and handouts.
- Supervise students` laboratory and clinical work.
- Evaluate and grade students` class work, laboratory and clinic work, assignments, viva, and papers.
- Compile, administer, and grade examinations, or assign this work to others.
- Maintain regularly scheduled office hours in order to advise and assist students.
- Conduct research in a particular field of knowledge, and publish findings in professional journals, books, and/or electronic media.
- Participate in student admission, registration, and placement activities.
- Serve on academic or administrative committees that deal with institutional policies, departmental matters, and academic issues.
- Maintain liaison with BNMC & CMU Authority within time and formalities.
