Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Education (M.Ed) in Education
∎ 4 years Hons and Master degree in Education (B.Ed and M.Ed) with minimum CGPA: 3.50 and above in both examinations.
∎ 6 months teaching experience is preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess training needs for new and existing faculty and administrative staffs.
∎ Conduct two courses under Green Business School and other activities
∎ Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps.
∎ Partner internal and external stakeholders for faculty and staff training needs.
∎ Plan, develop, coordinate, implement & facilitate orientation & training and workshops for faculty and other staffs irrespective of specific teaching modalities.
∎ Collaborate with the various units, centers and departments.
∎ Liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design.
∎ Develop training aids and materials such as manuals and handbooks.
∎ Present training programs using recognized training techniques and tools
∎ Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.
∎ Track and report on training outcomes.
∎ Provide feedback to program participants and management.
∎ Evaluate and make recommendations on training materials and methodology.
∎ Assist faculty with course redesigning through consultations and assistance with instructional design concepts, current pedagogical practices, the integration of digital teaching and learning tools and other concepts as appropriate.
∎ Support center of career development (CCD) through designing modules and facilitating session and activities.
∎ Work with GUCETL leadership and CRD on specific initiatives such as researching emerging teaching and learning technologies, researching innovative pedagogical practices, supervising student assistants, initiating and managing large scale projects, making presentations to leadership and academic departments to promote GUCETL.
∎ Work with the office of Registrar in maintaining faculty and staff training records
∎ Event management for training activities
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with external training centers
∎ Keep current on training design and methodology
∎ Any other assignment given by the HOD of GUBC/GUCETL as appropriate.
