∎ General Requirements:
∎ • Master's degree for Lecturer & Ph.D. for Assistant and Associate Professor from the relevant field from an accredited institution.
∎ • For Physician roles: MBBS with relevant specialization and certification.
∎ • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in teaching, research, or professional practice for Lecturer and Assistant Professor roles.
∎ • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience for Associate Professor roles.
∎ • Relevant clinical experience for Physician roles.
∎ • Excellent English communication and presentation skills (both written and spoken).
∎ • Strong ability to develop and deliver training modules for international participants.
∎ • Proficiency in using online teaching tools and learning management systems.
∎ • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
∎ • Proven track record of teaching or industry experience.
∎ • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
∎ • Adaptability to different training environments and cultures.
∎ • A passion for knowledge sharing and professional development.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ • Develop and deliver training programs for international projects and participants.
∎ • Prepare course materials, lesson plans, and assessments in line with international standards.
∎ • Conduct practical demonstrations, case studies, and interactive sessions.
∎ • Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in the respective field.
∎ • Evaluate trainees’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
∎ • Collaborate with other trainers and departments to ensure comprehensive training delivery.
∎ • Ensure all training complies with company standards and international best practices.
