Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Verify sales leads collected through social media campaigns by making phone calls.
∎ Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the sales database as needed.
∎ Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on lead verification and engagement outcomes.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead quality and engagement strategies.
∎ Demonstrate strong leadership skills and foster effective team bonding for better collaboration.
∎ 0-2 years of experience in lead verification, tele calling, or a similar role.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.·
